A highly motivated self starter, it’s no wonder that Merryl Eve Johnson established her own boutique real estate agency more than a decade ago. And that comes after a successful career as one of Sydney’s few female real estate auctioneers.

Since 1987, Merryl has been involved in the real estate industry, which she was initially attracted to because of the people, variety, and the fact it’s not a “staid office job.”

In her own business, Merryl is absolutely hands on – in sales, property management and administration – a fact that has been a distinct drawcard for many of her team members. Over the past years, Merryl has seen the business rapidly evolve, and has overseen the exciting transition from Joyce & Johnson to Hub Realty, a change of name she says truly reflects the direction of the agency.

The change of name certainly doesn’t diminish Merryl’s commitment to providing clients with an unequalled level of expertise and service, and always excelling at everything she puts her hands to – both in work and leisure. Outside work hours you can find Merryl undertaking a range of activities, from snow skiing and golf to fishing, music and drawing.

With a background in Architectural Drafting, Andrew understands how to capture the built environment. He has photographed projects in Australia and as far afield as Egypt, Israel, Turkey, India and Thailand. He has four years experience in Real Estate Photography, having previously worked with two of Sydney's Leading Real Estate Marketing Companies.
