Property management is an integral part of HUB REALTY. We have a select rental portfolio and a dedicated team professionally managing and maintaining them. We manage properties in Manly, the Lower North Shore, Eastern Suburbs and the inner city. Our portfolio of properties ranges from one bedroom apartments, family homes, shops, boutique office space, through to prestige executive rentals, such as apartments in Cove at The Rocks, Ikon in Potts Point and The Rex in Elizabeth Bay.

Around 60% of the properties we manage are owned by expatriates or landlords living outside of Sydney, so we understand their specific requirements and ensure their assets are well looked after – regardless of whether they are investment properties or family homes.

We also have strong relationships with a range of tradespeople to ensure your property is well maintained. Each of our tradespeople and the quality of their work is thoroughly checked to ensure we get only the best people at competitive rates.
